Practice INA

In this workshop we will get to know and explore the language of movement that Sharon has been developing in the last decade that deals with the connection between the contaact technique and choreography. The exercises we will go through will make our tools for improvisation and creation. The workshop is suitable for male and female dancers with movement experience.
