1. Introduction
The Machol Shalem Dance House website serves as an information and ticket-sales platform for dance performances, events, workshops, educational projects, and cultural activities in Israel and abroad.
Machol Shalem Dance House operates to promote contemporary dance, artistic creation, education, and community engagement, with a focus on Jerusalem as a cultural center.


2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets purchased through the website are payable by credit card only.
A transaction will be completed only after approval by the credit card company via an external payment provider.
Upon successful purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
All prices include VAT, as required by law.
Tickets may also be purchased by phone during office hours (09:00–16:00): +972-53-335-8210.
On the evening of the performance, tickets may be available for purchase at the venue box office, subject to availability.


3. Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy
Ticket cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the performance.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: bill@mashdancehouse.com
(Please include the last four digits of the credit card used and the purchase date.)
Refunds will be processed only after written confirmation by Machol Shalem Dance House.
A cancellation fee of up to 5% may apply.
No cancellations or refunds will be issued for requests made less than 48 hours before the event.
Tickets purchased through third-party vendors are non-refundable through this website.


4. Ticket Delivery

  • Purchase confirmation and digital tickets will be sent to the customer’s email address within 24 hours of completing the transaction.

  • The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address.

  • Machol Shalem Dance House is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, security situations, communication failures, or circumstances beyond its control.


5. Arrival & Late Entry

  • Audience members are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance begins.

  • Late entry will not be permitted once the performance has started, unless otherwise stated.

  • Rami Levy Parking Lot – First 2 hours free (elevator access to 2nd floor).

  • Blue & White street parking on HaOman Street (until 19:00).

  • Free gravel parking lot – approximately a 5-minute walk via the Railway Park.

Machol Shalem Dance House is committed to ensuring accessibility for all visitors:

  • Accessible parking spaces are available near the main entrance.

  • The lobby and performance halls are wheelchair accessible.

  • Wide, standard elevators operate during all opening hours.

  • Reserved wheelchair seating is available and must be booked in advance (up to one week prior to the performance) by phone: +972-53-335-8210.
